You may have heard that the Brockenhurst Carnival is making a come-back on 31st August. It is being called Brockival. The first carnival was in 1912 and was started to raise money for the school. Since Brockenhurst WI started in 1918, it has taken part and formed a big part of the carnival for many years, and we are keen to carry on this tradition. The theme of Brockival is ‘Brockenhurst’, so please put your thinking caps on as to how we can be involved. Also, if you would like to be on a sub-committee/working party for Brockival, please contact us . Thank you.
On Wednesday mornings from 10 am until 12 noon Rita and her team make bandages for Ukraine and any help would be very gratefully received with this, either at Rota’s house or in your own home. Rita is in need of extra people to cut or rip up the sheets people willing to sew.
The Darts Team meet on Thursday mornings at 11am in the Foresters Arms and new team members are always welcome.

We hope there is something for everyone!
