Every year, Brockenhurst WI serves refreshments at the Brockenhurst Needlework Fiesta.

Much planning and preparation goes into this.

Janette is our star planner and co-ordinates the preparation and planning as well as buying the food for the sandwiches etc.

Members volunteer to make cakes and also to give their time during the event to make sandwiches, serve tea, coffee, cakes and sandwiches.

Then there is the collecting and washing up of the crockery and cutlery so we have it ready to use again.

This year there were over 900 visitors to the Fiesta, so this kept us on our toes!

This event is a major fundraising event for Brockenhurst WI that helps to keep us going throughout the year.
