Our next meeting is Monday 10th July 2023 Monthly Meeting with speaker Joanna Foat: “The Lumberjills – Britain’s Forgotten Army”. Brockenhurst Village Hall arrival from 7pm for a 7.30pm start. This meeting was our AGM. We were joined by our WI Adviser Janet Reid who conducted the AGM for us. The committee’s Annual Report was read by our Secretary Caroline. Our April activities started with our April meeting with a talk by Claire Sherwood from The New Forest Park Authority. A report can be read here. Rita has continued to head up bandage making for Ukraine and the team are doing sterling working making and rolled bandages which will be sent to Ukraine.
