Supporting Ukraine Refugees

Brockenhurst WI wanted to do something to support Ukraine refugees that will be staying in Brockenhurst, so we have been collecting toiletries at our meetings and making up shoe boxes of products. Our members have been very generous. We have also been given donations of toothpaste and tooth brushes from Oak Lodge Dental Practice, so thanks to Alex and Eleanor for these too. Our April Meeting

We had a good turn-out including 6 guests at our April meeting. It was a busy meeting with a flower competition, a raffle, a shoebox collection of toiletries for Ukraine refugees and lots of sign-ip sheets for forthcoming activities! The resolution that Brockenhurst WI voted for has also got the most votes overall and will go forward to the Annual Meeting in June.
