This month Brockenhurst WI celebrated 105 years with a lovely social evening which was well attended. Members were treated by the craft group to a variety of demonstrations and activities. Eight members met for a very enjoyable and productive craft group meeting. We made several different Christmas cards, many from recycled items. Janette showed us a simple, but effective technique of a stitched tree with beads. Ann demonstrated making a box, also from old Christmas cards, and some members produced pretty boxes with motifs on the lids.
