Guests arrive approx. 5.30pm
Gardeners talk at 6.00 pm
Refreshment service to follow on the terrace/in the tea room
Guests may then walk the gardens at leisure
The tea room/shop (where the loos are!) will close at approx. 8pm
I will need your choice of Food and Drink (from the options below) and full payment of £15 (preferably cash) per person by Monday 19th July. This will ensure an efficient service to give you plenty of time to enjoy the gardens. Please let me know if you require gluten free options or have any other special dietary requirements, they will do their best to cater for all types of dietary requests!
Refreshments choice of:
Fruit or plain scone with Cornish clotted cream and tutti fruiti jam (jam locally made by The Real Jam Company, and delicious! Scones made by family run New Forest Cakehouse)
Savoury cheese scone served warmed, with cream cheese and red onion relish
*Lemon Cake (vanilla sponge with lemon syrup drizzle, sandwiched with vanilla buttercream and lemon curd)
*Fruitcake Slice (tradition fruit cake)
Carrot & Walnut Cake (locally made by Berry’s Bakery – gluten free)
Vegan option tbc – recipes currently being tested! We would like these to also be made in the kitchens at Minstead Lodge, currently I outsource chocolate caramel brownie, and apple caramel cake)

Tea. English breakfast, or de-caff
Coffee. Freshly ground in the café, from beans supplied from The Coffee Bean Company in Ower.
Americano (black or white) Latte, Cappuccino – de-caff of the same bean available
