May Round-Up 2023
Brockenhurst WI have continued to run lots of different events and activities. Our monthly meeting was also our AGM. As well as having a speaker, we also did a toy collection for Ukraine. Bandage Making Rita continues to hold Bandage making sessions at her house on Wednesdays between 10am and 12 noon. All are welcome to attend and lend a hand. We have another busy month ahead with activities to suit all. Monthly Meeting Monday 13th March This month we have the return of speaker Jane Glennie. This time, she will talk to us about ‘Violet’s Britannic Escape’. Nursing experiences during WW1 and Escape from the Titanic’s sister ship, Britannic. February Craft Group
This month our members have been busy doing various craft activities. The Craft group met at Ann H and worked on various projects. Kim hosted Quilting sessions for both the beginners and intermediate groups. Gina hosted a sewing workshop and shared her skills and talents with the group.
