Clean Rivers Campaign – Virtual Balloon Race Bursary

HCFWI are pleased to announce the opportunity to advance our campaign activity in support of the “Clean rivers for people and wildlife” campaign.

Through monies raised from the Virtual Balloon Race 2023 we can apply for funds to support our WI’s campaign activity.

This year two bursaries of up to £100 each are available.

Do you have any ideas that we can take forward and apply for this bursary?

If so, we need to apply and write an application in no more than 200 words detailing our WI’s campaign activity so far and why use of this money will enable us to advance our WI’s actions.

For example, it may be to hire a venue to publicise our WI’s campaign, to take part in a community event or to purchase materials to publicise our WI’s event.

Winners will be announced at the Spring Council Meeting on March 20th

Closing date for applications is February 29th 2024

Please contact Evelyn with your suggestions.
