After not having a walk for a couple of months due to the weather, it was good to get out on a walk. It was a bit breezy as we set off across Whitemoor. Even the ponies were sheltering from the wind.

We walked up to towards the Puttles Bridge car park, across the bridge.

We followed the path through the woods to the second bridge.

We turned left and walked up through the woods – luckily they weren’t too muddy!

As we reached the the end of this path, we turned right and walked along the ‘top’ path.

We loved thew patterns on this pony’s coat.

This pony walked parallel with us for a while. Zena was getting ready to sign her up as a WI member!

We turned right and walked through the woods down to the third bridge.

The reflections in the water are always pleasing to see.

We headed back to Beechern Wood car park, having had some exercise, fresh air and a good chat! What a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Why not join us for our next walk. Look here on the “Dates Page’.
